Daniil Lebedev is a writer, filmmaker, photographer, and researcher based in Marseille, France. He is the author of the book Young Mandelstam (2022), and his films and photographic projects have been presented at venues such as the DOK Leipzig Film Festival and the Locarno Film Festival. He also contributes writings on cinema to the East European Film Bulletin.
